Range of Activities:

Air-Tech-Bud ltd. is mainly concerned with the manufacture of engineered parts, sub-assemblies, machines and tools to customers’ designs and specifications.
As a result of its comprehensive skill, knowledge and equipment base the company is involved in a very wide range of activities. From the very start Air-Tech-Bud has always been an export producer (mainly for the EU market) and has clients in France, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland and the USA.

Since inception the company has continuously improved its equipment, systems of working and the standard of skills and qualifications expected from its workers.
Exceptional product quality is of paramount importance. Air-Tech-Bud has acquired ISO 9001÷2008 certification. The company is certified proficient in the non-destructive inspection of welds by the Welding Institute in Gliwice and is also certified proficient in precision measurement and calibration. Workers must have universally recognized qualifications in their specific skill.

The Quality Control Department employs highly qualified engineers who have at their disposal the most modern equipment for measuring size, hardness, surface coating thickness, weld quality and other engineering parameters.

The Welded Structures Department has various welding technologies available appropriate to the thickness and type of material being used. It also possesses large CNC gas and plasma cutters.

The Department of Machining and Heat Treatment has machines for rolling/unrolling milling, drilling, bending, grinding and turning. Heat treatments include annealing, tempering, nitriding and carburization. There are facilities for chrome plating and galvanization.

The general assembly rooms have 5T and 8T overhead cranes which enable the handling and processing of large components. There is also a spray painting shop.

The General Construction Crew offers a wide range of building skills, enabling equipment manufactured by Air-Tech-Bud to be integrated into customers’ premises / processes.
